This is a player with both B-flat and A clarinets.
When switching from the B-flat clarinet to the A clarinet, the key signature in the marked section should change to four sharps, but it doesn’t. How do I change the key signature?

If the Key Signature is A Major (as the signpost shows), then it must be displayed as C Major for the A Clarinet, so it looks correct, I believe?
But I don’t understand the four naturals of the new Key Signature, which are cancelling sharps, while your previous key signature contains flats… There must be something quite unusual in your file.
If I type C, only the sign changes to C minor, while the natural remains unchanged.
It looks like you mant to manually change Key Signatures depending on the intrument’s transposition? If so, it’s not the way to go!
How did you do it?
Just enter a global Key Signature, same for all the players, and Dorico will handle the transpositions for transposing instruments. Unless I’m misunderstanding your issue.
If you are using a Player with multiple instruments, just write the notes for each instrument in galley view (or fill view) and Dorico will correctly handle the key signature changes…
(see the file I uploaded)
Also check whether you are seeing Concert pitch or Transposed Pitch (bottom left).
