Why is the Key/Transposition not correct? When I first started working in Dorico(a year ago) I created this score, I just pulled it up again and remembered why I stopped working on it. I couldn’t figure what I did wrong!

Not sure what you’re exactly looking for, but if you want the score in concert pitch, click on the bottom left:

Looks like you have multiple key signatures. What if you delete them and add Bb major again?

For example, in transposition mode the key of Bb on a trumpet stave should not have any #'s or b’s and the note should be a C(concert Bb). When I click to switch to concert pitch the key on the trumpet stave shows no #'s or b’s like if it is now in transposition.

How do you delete the key signatures?

Delete the signposts, the orange rectangles saying Bb Major and F major.

Also in setup mode, you can change the Horn to one with or without key signature.

If it’s an XML import, there could be instruments, like the Bb trumpets, that need to be changed if you only changed their name.

Solved. thanks everyone for your help. deleting the signpost worked, I then had to re-pitch some of the notes to match the chord.
