Keyboard customs shortcuts are not working

I have issues on my keyboard shortcuts, that doesn’t stay after restart. I am using MacOS Tahoe and Dorico 6.2, portuguese keyboard.

For example: the standard shortcut for starting tuplets are ";” but the settings shows “ç”. I don’t have ç on my keyboard, so I change the keyboard shortcut to “;”.

It works properly, but if I close the app, this setting doesn’t stay. Everytime I enter the software I need to fix all shortcuts again.

It is the same for the instrument settings. If I create an instrument definition, it doesn’t save for later. When I reopen the app, the definition is lost.

How can I fix it? It looks a bug in the software, because I’ve followed all the videos teaching about these settings, and it just doesn’t work properly when I restart the app.

When you go to Preferences → Key Commands, what Keyboard language do you have?

Sorry If you’ve already tried that. I can’t explain why your settings don’t stick.

I have Portuguese on my keyboard language.

I’ve tried to change this. As I said, it works, but my settings don’t stick after the restart.

To workaround, I edited myself the file /Applications/Dorico 6.app/Contents/Resources/keycommands_pt.json

After that, this particular shortcut (tuplets) is working. But it would be very hard to to that if I need to change many shortcuts.
