Notes and Rests:
Accidental = Hide and
Accidental = Show

You can’t, I’m afraid – you cannot assign shortcuts to things that are only in the Properties panel.

ok, that explains, why I can’t find it…
I’m sure this is on your list for future updates (what isn’t, at this point) — but it would be really, really nice to be able to assign shortcuts to Properties panel items. The mouse is very inefficient, especially when many things take multiple clicks to set, and when we have to duplicate the selections on multiple layouts.
