Keyboard shortcut for activating Scrub playback in Dorico 6

The Scrub Playback functionality is great. However, it appears that you have to either choose Scrub Playback from the Play menu, or click the appropriate icon in the tool bar before you can use the keyboard shortcuts –> and ← for moving through the music. I can’t see how to create a keyboard shortcut to activate Scrub Playback. Am I missing something really obvious, or is this not yet possible in Dorico (but hopefully will be soon)?

You can scrub all staves with Ctrl-Space on Win or Opt-Space on Mac.

I mean Transport Window, not ‘tool bar’

Ah, perfect! No keyboard shortcut needed…. Thank you!!

Is there a way to change the default keyboard shortcut for this on mac? I looked under key commands for scrub playback and it’s not there. Reason being is a system conflict with another app (Raycast). I can change it in there too but I’d prefer to change Dorico’s shortcut instead.

Type “scrub” in the search field in Preferences > Key Commands and it should show this:

Right, I looked there - the issue is that toggle is for turning it on and off, whereas the above shortcut (opt+space) is a temporary switch for only when you hold it down. Not seeing it in the key commands unfortunately.
