I copied the file:
keycommands_fr.zip on a second computer and all key commands are ignored.
When I delete the file everything goes back to normal after Dorico’s restart.
Did I miss something? The file is attached

Have you made sure that the keyboard language option is set appropriately on the Key Commands page of Preferences? It will also need to be set to ‘French’ as it presumably is on the computer on which you created this set of shortcuts.
