Keysignature stuck between flows

I can’t change the key from last flow F Major to new flow A Major in the Harp staff . I can change it from the second quarter note but not from the first!! All the other staffs in the chamber orchestra layout shows in the right Key!

Tried all hints from google and youtube, but no succes! Tried to change key on the last beat in the flow before and neutralize Harp pedals , but nothing helps! When I export the harp part of the flow to musicxml and import back in a new dorico project everything is fine, but if I copy the first bar from this into the orchestra project, it’s still the same problem! Very annoying!

It may be that your harp player has an independent key signature?

To check, select the harp key signature in the first flow and see if the other key signatures turn orange as well. If they do not, just delete that harp key signature.

This can often be an artefact of xml imports and is always worth checking (similarly, but less common, are independent time signatures).
