I tried to use the voucher for this plugin and it did not work. Said it was an “not a valid token”? Any ideas?
Just try again and make sure you copy the correct token. It’s easy to get confused. It’s worth getting.
What is the “correct” token? I am copying the code from the Steinberg site and pasting it into the discount code box in the cart on klevgrand.com. It doesn’t work.
That’s not where it goes. There’s a secret page on the klevgrand website that you only get to by clicking on the “Redeem” link in the Steinberg portal where it asks you to enter the “redeem code”

I understand what happened now. When I clicked on Redeem the first time, it had me go through the process of creating an account on their site. I assumed I needed to add it to my cart and use the code. But I guess not.
I just needed to click on Redeem a second time to get to that page. I have it now.
To be honest, these vouchers could stand to be described a little better in terms of how to redeem them.
I think it is up to the particular vendor to describe it on the page, so the vendor should probably have made clearer instructions or made their site work better.
I’ve unfortunately seen it many times before where there is a “special page” like this that requires you to have an account, and after you create the account, it brings you back to the main home page instead of back to the special page you initially tried to visit. Only a minority of sites are designed better to properly handle the situation of going to a special page and then having to create an account.
