Kontakt 5 volumes down when i stop

I am using Kontakt 5 and with instruments like maverick piano or session strings, but as soon as i press stop, their volume on the kontakt 5 rack reverts straight back to very low.

Any ideas why?

I bought K5 so i could use the presets without having to understand dynamic maps etc. Just to use the sounds as they are…Hope this is not to do with dynamic maps?!

How is the volume controlled? By which MIDI Controller?

That’s a good question Martin! I haven’t got that far in understanding cubase…but found ‘deleting all continuous controllers’ for that particular midi track worked! Hurrah!
