Hey guys
I just realised that Kontakt 6 isn’t found by Cubase 10.0.60 and 10.5.20, updated Kontakt to 6.3.1 just few days ago, pretty sure it was the same before the update too, my templates load v5 of Kontakt so it’s not a major issue hence why I only picked up on it now.
Kontakt 6 is simply kontakt.dll now, it’s in the same folder as v5, Massive X etc (got the Komplete package), they all show up, but not v6!
- I checked and it’s not blacklisted
- I ran Cubase as Admin, scanned again, nothing,
- I added the folder with the kontakt.dll (v6), in my case, it’s C:\Program Files\Steinberg\Vstplugins\Native Instruments, scanned, still nothing.
I’ve not setup a vst collection, all set to show. Searching for it, I can only see v5, 3 variants (standard, 8 out and 16 out).
Any ideas?
