Kontakt 7 Player (Apple Native) has 1GB memory limit

Hi, does anyone else experience the following problem with Kontakt 7 Player.
If I run Cubase in Apple Native mode, then the Kontakt has 1GB memory limit, which is really annoying as many libraries have much larger sample size. If I run under Rosetta (Intel compatibility level), then the limit is much larger (75 % of RAM).

If yes, does anyone have a suggestion how to fix it? I understand that it does not related to Cubase directly, but I do not find much information about this in the Internet, as if it is a rare issue.

Is it causing any problems?

The memory architecture of Apple’s own processors is very different from the traditional design. There’s lots of info around this if you look for Unified Memory Architecture.

Well, some libraries definitely need more than 1 GB. For example, I load Soniccouture Hammersmith Pro, and it is 1.15 GB.

Besides that, Kontakt shows an annoying popup window all the time that the memory is running out.

I was not noticing this bug before, as I used only small libraries, however, recently I was using more advanced library, with larger sizes. I did not do any assessment how it affect the sound, but I find it strange that the memory limit is different depending on Apple Native/Rosetta mode.
