Nothing is transposed.
There’s no standard, or I should say there are several standards for which midi note number refers to which alpha-numeric note name.
Is there a way to change it?
Or rather, to change this for each MIDI hardware device added to Cubase so that they all match Cubase?
It would be great, if Cubase had some sort of per-device options that can be changed
