When using the mouse to click+drag either L or R locator along the timeline, there is no visual readout as you scroll of your new position - anywhere; until you stop and let go of the mouse. Then the new position registers in the Transport Panel.
If dynamically linking this behaviour to the Transport Panel info is too tricky, I’d settle for a ToolTip please.
I know, its been like this for-ever… another one of those things that just needs joining up, in my view.
(why not just use the TP then you ask…? Yes, yes… of course I could - but when in bigger projects and you’re zoomed out a bit, sometimes its easier to just click-drag)
