Whenever I add a laissez vibrer tie on a note at the end of a system it instantly messes upp the note spacing in that measure and adds quite a lot of extra space in the end. How do I prevent this from happening? I have made the laissez vibrer tie a bit longer and this seems to worsen this problem. But I can’t find any setting for decreasing the space after a l.v tie.
Thank you. It does indeed make it better (but not completely). However (as you mentioned) this also affects the appearance of all other ties in the score and I’m not sure that is such a good idea. If there is no other solution I might just manually adjust the spacing in the measures with lv. ties at the end of a system.
I couldn’t find an option specifically for l.v. ties at the end of a bar. Maybe someone else will have an idea?
