Larger sizes for printing

I have a question about printing sheet music and binding
sheet music.

I’d like to use the traditional quart format (340 mm high and 270 mm wide),
which is significantly larger than DIN A4. I have an A3 printer and
can easily trim the paper to the desired size
after printing. My problem is binding multiple sheets into a
sheet music folder. For DIN A4, I use a standard binding machine for plastic spirals;
I’d also like to use such a machine for the DIN A3 format. The
advantage of binding with plastic spirals, for me, is that it’s very flexible
and spiral bindings can be easily opened again to replace sheets
or add them to the entire folder.

Unfortunately, binding machines for A3 are hard to find, and when they are available,
they cost as much as 1,000 euros or even significantly more.

How do you bind your sheet music in a larger format than DIN A4?

I use this:

There’s a little pin on the right side for alignment. Make the punch on one end as far as it will go, then flip the page around, place one of the holes on that little pin to align the page, then punch the rest.
