Latence between sound and cursor position in waveform

Hello

I can’t solve a problem of latence between the sound and the position of cursor during the playing.
The position of cursor when the playing is on is not exactly in the right place in the wave form. There is a bit more of 1 sec. of latence (the cursor position is early).

Do you have a solution to fix it and to have a cursor defilement perfectly to tune in sound?

It seems also that Wavelab doesn’t always compensate some plugins latency. I can hear that when I bypass plugins at the master section. That was not a case in Wv9.5
