Playing back four midi tracks, two through external keyboard, two via softsynths. Try to record Addictive Drums - bad delay, so bad can’t record anywhere near in time. Tried Groove Agent and that worked fine - for a time. Then delay appeared on Groove Agent. Tried adjusting various parameters within Cubase, none had any effect. Changed my UR44 right down to 32 samples - some improvement but not a lot. Looked at VST Plugin menu to check on latency - 64 ms for Addictive Drums, zero for Groove Agent. Disabled ASIO-Guard on each of AD and GA and delay has disappeared.
I have no idea why - maybe someone can explain - but thought I would post this in case anyone else comes across the issue.
