Lowest Latency settings are only important if you have to monitor through your DAW (for example VST Instruments or VST Effects like Virtual Amplifiers for Guitar). A higher audiobuffer gives you a more stable audiostream. If you use hardware Monitoring wich is even more likely in a pro environment than you don’t need ultra low buffers. I recommend to even raise the buffer for stability in this case.
