No offence but your statement is not entirely true and very gerneral. There is not allways the need for lowest latency. Lowest Latency settings are only important if you have to monitor through your DAW (for example VST Instruments or VST Effects like Virtual Amplifiers for Guitar). A higher audiobuffer gives you a more stable audiostream. If you use hardware Monitoring wich is even more likely in a pro environment than you don’t need ultra low buffers. I recommend to even raise the buffer for stability in this case.
