Hi, everyone – would still describe myself as a relatively new user who is starting to get his workflow right. It took me a little while to discover that if I wanted to look at a layout in Print mode, I needed to go to a different place to choose that layout (left zone) than I would go to navigate between layouts in other modes (dropdown menu). I was just wondering why that choice is in a different place, or if I’ve missed something about Print mode. Thanks!
It’s because the dropdown at the top only lets you select one layout at a time, but the layout list in the left panel lets you select multiple layouts, so that you can send multiple layouts to print at once.

You can also change the print/export settings of layouts independently of other layouts, then select them all, and print/export them according to their last-changed settings all in one go.
This includes if some layouts are set to export to PDF but others are set to print physical copies.
