Layout options for tempo marking positions?

I wish to include both tempo markings (Allegro, etc.) and more descriptive headings (Brutal, Frantic, etc.). Where do I find a positional setting so I can add the descriptive heading immediately below the tempo marking?

There is not an option to do this natively. You’ll need to add it as syetem text.

No, there is not a way to make tempo markings take up two lines. You’d need to fake it.
