is it possible to save a layout including fontsyles, sizes etc. as a preset, so that i can create a new project an have all thing set up like i want?

You can export Master-Page-Sets in Engrave Mode, and import them in any new project.

If you want everything to be set-up as you want it, then save a project file as an empty template, and then open a copy of that for every new project.
