LE4 on OS10.6: AudioChannel settings window no longer shows

LE4 on OS10.6: Audio Channel settings window and output channel settings window no longer shows windows for inserts.
I guess I’ve hit something to minimize that window. Can somebody tell me what I need to do to get the full window back?

Hit Shift+F2 to open Window Setup Layout and enable Inserts here.
