I’m keen on upgrading my LE4 but somehow this procedure doesn’t work for me. There’s no voucher link visible …?

Well, beats me.
I raised a ticket (#216303 ) to Steinberg support, but it has now been 10 days with Open status… nothing shaking but leaves on the trees.
Does Steinberg support … uh, ok, I’ll wait for some days more…
