LE5 always crashes when initializing quick time [Solved]

I just got my Cubase LE5 with Lexicon Alpha.
I installed and activated Cubase on my PC running Win 7 64-bit.
When I go to open Cubase, it brings up the startup screen and begins initialization.
But Cubase crashes and terminates immediately all the time when initializing Quick Time.

I have tried to reinstall Cubase and Lexicon Alpha driver but it didn’t work.

Please tell me how to solve this problem?

The problem is solved after installing the latest Quicktime.
This might be a stupid question.

what about if it crashes at “Initializing SSE Optimized Audio DSP Library”, what should i be installing?!!?
