We would be very glad to see VST support coming to the Android platform at some point in the future. Same goes for a localised chinese Cubasis version.
Unfortunately, we have no further information to shareabout both topics at this point.
Next to the Cubasis in-app help version, we have online help versions available at: Cubasis Documentation
