Ledger line on accidental does not shorten for naturals or sharps

I have ledger lines set to shorten when there is an accidental to the left, but it only works with flats. What am I doing wrong?

Here’s the same music from your example. The only one that looks right to me is the last one.

If you look at that first F#-C# dyad, the ledger lines are in fact doing something. But it seems like the bounding boxes for the accidentals are messed up somehow.

How do I adjust the bounding boxes? I’m using custom .svg’s for my accidentals.
