Cubase 11 comes with lots of Libraries but I couldn’t find
legacy electronic drums like Roland TR 909 or other electronic drum machines. Are they not part of the library content ? Where to find them ?

They are 808 and 909 replicas.
Plus there’s tons of kits in Groove Agent. Or, just get some samples online for free and drag them into Groove agent pads.
