Which specific MIDI controllers and what OS? And what do you mean by “supported” here?

In Nuendo 14, there is a section in Studio which is called ‘Legacy MIDI controllers’. This relates to a method of connecting controllers which I presume is about to be deprecated. I use it for a Behringer X. Control of this device by scripting has not been successful for me. I am asking if it’s still there in 15, before I upgrade. W11 25H2. Thank you.
