Length of Note not showing

Hi team, I’m trying to enter an eighth note into the music, but it keeps putting it as 216 night with a tie. I’m not sure why it’s doing that as there’s another section within the bar that does the eighth note without any problem. Here’s a link to a Loom video I did to show what I’m experiencing:

Have you tried selecting the first 16th note, clicking on Force Duration, then clicking on the 8th note duration or pressing 5?
