levels on audio tracks--too low???

Hey there - does anyone have a an idea how to improve this situation. I am exporting (channel batch export) all my audio tracks to an engineer (another state) - all the levels seem fine at playback but he says they are 12-13 db LOW???

Is there something I can do (I have all the channels up as far as I dare). Thanks for your help.

“Normal” levels mean they peak somewhere around -6dBFS.
Of course, any person can have his/her own definition of “normal”.
