I have purchase Cubase elements 13 last year, for 69 euros, and my personal computer has fallen down the floor and broken. I bought a new one and I try to download my Cubase, but I can’t find my licence number. Who can show me the way to get it easily. Thank you.

You don’t need the Activation Code anymore since you can only use it once. The products are associated with your Steinberg Account, so just log in and you can set up your new system.
You can delete the old license that is associated with your old computer in the Steinberg Activation Manager. You don’t have to since you can run three Cubase instances simultaneously.

All you need to do is download and install the software, start the Activation Manager and login to your Steinberg account. In the Activation Manager you can click the Activate Button for your product and that is all.
You don’t need a license number anymore.
