I don’t know how to install the licenses

Is it a new installation, or did you try to update an existing Dorico installation? Normally, when you purchase Dorico, either new or as a paid upgrade from an earlier version, you’ll receive an activation code, which you need to insert (paste) into the designated box in the upper left of the Steinberg Download Assistant window. Did you do so? Often, the Download Assistant (at least on my Mac) will ask to re-login in my Steinberg account, to update the licences in the background. But it’s hard to tell what’s your problem, specifically.
Anyhow, rest assured that this forum is an excellent place to seek help. If ordinary fellow users (like me) wouldn’t know the solution, then surely someone from the Steinberg staff, who read everything, will jump in.
I installed the Dorico 6 yesterday and it has really been complicated for me, maybe I skip some step of the installation, I have to use the translator because I don’t speak English, when I enter my page, I go to products and there are no products available, I enter licensed devices and it says that no device in use.I don’t know what to do anymore
