License Authentication Issues

I downloaded the trial version to experience cubase 10.
The cuBase ID is same as the mail ID that you send now.
I have received and installed trial download mail to register the trial code in the e-license program.
I ran the cubase, but I kept saying no valid license found. I tried to re-enter the code you sent me, but it was already an authenticated license, so I couldn’t use the cubase.
So I tried to re-register the license after removing it from the e-license, but it is not registered because it already exists.
I was going to try the cubase and buy the original product, but I’m really frustrated because I can’t even experience it.

Do you use Cubase Elements or Cubase Pro Trial?

If you have used Cubase Pro, then the license is stored on the USB-eLicenser. You should be able to start Cubase whenever the USB-eLicenser is connected.

If you use Cubase Elements, the license is stored in the Soft-eLicenser. If you change the Soft-eLicenser Number or the system (or some part of it), you need to Reactivate the license.
