I am working in Dorico and close it. Then I try to open Cubase and get a “license not found” error. I cannot update licenses from the eLicenser app either. This has happened several times. Any ideas? Please help.
installed the latest version of the elicenser software ?
“Applications still in use” error so cannot upgrade eLicenser. But I have no Steinberg apps open.
Also Task Manager shows no Steinberg apps open.
Reboot then install latest version of eLicenser seems to solve the problem. Thank you for the help.
