I’m having an issue with Groove Agent where several expansion libraries (Funk Essentials, Disco Essentials, Jazz kits) show a key icon and “license missing”.
I want to clarify that
I do have valid licenses for these content libraries in my Steinberg account, but they are not being recognized in the software.

If you have bought the various Groove Agent expansions you need to activate the licenses in the Activation Manager. Have you done this and does the Activation Manager shows them as Aktivated?
First, run the Steinberg Activation Manager to ensure the licenses are activated locally. Next run the Library Manager and check their status in the Groove Agent tab. (I have seen some Steinberg content products not be usable until you run Library Manager in the past.) If neither of the above work, go back to the Download Manager and make sure you installed the versions of these products from the “My Products” section and not the “All products” section of the tool, in case you accidentally installed a differently licensed version.

In Steinberg Activation Manager I only see my Cubase AI license and the Cubase Pro 15 / Groove Agent 6 trial licenses.
I do not have separate activation codes for Funk Essentials or the other expansion kits. I only had the general Download Access Code that came with my Steinberg hardware purchase.
Originally I was using Cubase AI, and even there these expansion kits already showed the “license missing” key icons.
Later I removed Cubase AI and installed Cubase Pro 15 Trial together with Groove Agent 6 Trial, but the issue remained exactly the same.
Now I realized that I downloaded Funk Essentials from the “All Products” section in Steinberg Download Assistant, where it says “separate license required”.
So perhaps these expansions are simply not included in my licenses.

In Steinberg Download Assistant I do not have a “My Products” section for these expansion kits. I only see Cubase AI, Cubase Pro 15 Trial and Groove Agent 6 Trial in my downloads
I checked again and noticed that Funk Essentials and some other kits were installed from the “All Products” section, where it says “separate license required”.
So I think I misunderstood this and assumed they were included automatically.
Were you able to access these kits in the past, or was this the first time you ever tried to use them? You should be able to confirm your licensing by logging into your Steinberg.net account and checking your Products tab. Every Steinberg license you have will be listed there, whether it’s for the new Steinberg Licensing, or for the old eLicenser (and those products will be tagged “eLicenser” in the list).
At first I thought you used to be able to use these kits and lost access after a new install or something, but after re-reading your posts I am not sure. I just want to make sure you don’t lose access to something you already owned, if that was the case!
