license not found but i can see it in e=licenser

Hi Ive just installed CUBASE 10 gone through registering and setting up E licenser and I can see the license but when i try to open the software it just says no licence found

hi we have cu base 10.5 on windows 10 pc I can see all the steinberg libraries and the license in elicenser but when i try to open the programme it says no licence this is becoming very annoying
