I just bought a new computer and am having issues with the soft-eLicenser. I followed the reactivation method and received a new activation code, but when I try to enter it into the eLicenser Control Center, it always fails to download the license because “a connection to the license server could not be established…”
Not sure if this matters, but I am trying to do this with Dorico 3.5, which I purchased as an upgrade from 3 (which was a crossgrade purchase). Do I need to first install/activate 3?
