I’ve just started to use Dorico as a replacement for Finale. Is there a way around the fact that Segno can only be used 3 times in a piece as there is a maximum of 3 in the marker index field

No, Dorico only supports up to three segno jumps for a single flow. I’m almost scared to ask what kind of music you’re writing that requires more than three segno jumps within the same flow!

A song/hymn with 1 chorus and 6 verses which starts and ends with the chorus and the chorus is sung in between each verse. That makes five maybe six jumps from the chorus to verse x then back to chorus then to verse y….etc. Does that make sense, can you show me how to do this without the jumps
