Line 6 helix native loads as an insert fine but when i try to load any of the bass amp presets I get an error and it freezes. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled, un authorized and re-authorized with no luck. this works fine in Reason… only problem is in Cubase
Have you reported the issue with Line 6?
I Just bought the Helix Native and got the same problem. I’m using Cubase 11 Artist on PC. Are the any tricks know how to fix this?
You could try if it makes a difference with the VST2 or VST3 version, but if the error occurs if you do something within the plugin, usually only the plugin developer can fix it.
I’m running Win 11 with Cubase Pro 12.0.30 and I’ve had no problems at all with Helix Native. It has been a pretty consistent performer throughout the various Cubase iterations.
Is it just the Bass amps causing the problem? Are they stock presets, your own presets or IR/Preset packages that you purchased?
In Line 6 forums they said that there are aware of that bug, seems that it will be fixed in next update
It’s only the stock bass presets that are causing this problem.

I contacted the Line 6 Support yesterday and got a very quick and helpfull response. They told me - as a workaround - to deinstall the 3.52 version and use the older 3.51 version. It seems to work fine now. For me this problem is solved for now.
