Is it possible to have line hooks automatically extend to the top of the staff as shown in the image? I’ve tried increasing the hook length in the line annotation editor but it doesn’t appear to do anything no matter what number I put in for the length.
Works here if I edit the length of the inward-pointing-axis-aligned-hook. No auto-adjustable way, I think, though. I used the solid line with inward pointing hook.

Thanks for the help. It does make a difference if one edits the correct hook. I edited the down-pointing one because, well, what I needed points down. I completely forgot what I had assigned in the edit lines box. It needs to be inward pointing in case it gets put under the staff (which would then point up).
