Line leading doesn't match

Why is the line leading different in these two text frames? The middle line is particularly noticeable since the texts are so close.

The frames have the exact same settings. Removing the italics doesn’t fix it. No extra carriage returns. I can make them match by setting the leading of the left frame to 95%, but not sure why.

You’ve got a Baseline shift of 1 pt on the left.

Also, you’re using the Copyright Paragraph Style on the left, and a modified Default on the right. That ought to be the same, but I’d recommend standardizing them both a bit.
