Line tool missing in bottom window, cubase 9.5

Hi,

I have had an issue recently with cubase 9.5, the line tool is missing on the bottom project window?
it is there on the top window but not the bottom, I have looked in preferences etc and toolbar settings
but cannot seem to get it back, any help would be greatly appreciated. It is becoming a bit of a pain
when editing midi note velocities that require the same value!

Do you mean the Lower Zone editor? What editor is open?
