Can anyone give me the link for downloading the most updated STEINBERG ASIO Driver - especially suitable for very low latency in using MIDI-Sequencer (e.g. PG Music ‘Band-in-a-Box’)…? I have Pentium IV PC with VISTA-Home premium and SigmaTel High Definition sound card.

Steinberg doesn’t make ASIO drivers… your sound device manufacture would provide that…
