Load song without plugins

I am trying to load an old song up (when I say old I mean V6.5) and the loading is getting stuck on a channel. I’m assuming its a plugin failure or an old one which is out dated

Can I load a song without loading it’s plugins?

Take advantage of the ability to open multiple projects at once. Create a new project and then open the one you want to open but choose not to activate it. That should open it inactive allowing you to remove the offending channel.

Alternatively rename your main plug-ins directory so it will launch without them and then re-name back.
