Loading Channel freeze

I have template on Mac. Nothing special 600 tracks or so. No problems until today. Yesterday I used template without problems.
Out of the blue now starting template, Cubase not responding and Activity Monitor stuck on this:

Loading MixConsole
Loading Channel: Out 31/32 (5)

Beachball forever.

Tried:
-re start computer of course
-disable plugins
-trying different audio interface
-without interface
-trying open backup of template
-tried open with Nuendo on same computer
-run around the house naked as usual

All other projects opens normal.

I normally do write down this kind stuff, but I was busy at time and all I have is useless screen shot. Sorry.
