starts loading as a rectangle then after that nothing just my desktop . can you help ? do u need more information ?

As far as I can see, the last is Media Service on the splash screen, right?
Could you try to trash Cubase Preferences, please? If you have an older Cubase installed, I would recommend to backup and trash even the older Cubase preferences.

Mac: macOS Console utility > User Reports folder (or ~user/Library/Logs/Diagnostic Reports).
Win: Documents/Steinberg/Crash Dumps
