I’ve loaded Cubase Elements and Cubase Pro on various PCs and laptops… But never on an MacBook.
Any tips? Is it a seemless installation? I’m doing it as a favour for a friend.

No problem here. I don’t know, if the Mac is optimised. If not, I would recommend some basic optimisation of the system (switch off automatic screenshot, sleep mode, hard-pdrive sleep, updates, etc.; Repair Disk Permission of your system disk from the Disk Utilities).
But on Windows, the optimization is a must very often, on Mac, it’s just recommended.
