I can save multi-track presets just fine, and I can load single-track presets just fine, but when loading multi-track presets the window that should hold the presets is completely empty. It doesn’t even have the attributes things that it usually does. It’s really annoying having to switch to Cubase 11 whenever I need to load a multi-track preset (I recently updated from 11 to 14).
Hi,
Could you attach a screenshot, please?
Here:
For single-track presets it looks as it should:
I already tried uninstalling and reinstalling C14, but it didn’t fix the issue. Haven’t tried thrashing my preferences yet (Can’t remember where to do it
).
When clicking the reset button next to the highlighted “Attribute” button, the category etc. things flash there for a split second but then disappear.
I might have fixed it myself.
- I clicked on the settings icon in the top right, and selected the “Location Tree” so it became visible
- I then unselected “User Content” in the “Location Tree”
- It asked me if I wanted to delete the content or keep it, I selected keep.
- I reselected “User Content” and the ison turned red for a second after which it turned white and my multi-track preset appeared in the list.
I haven’t tried restarting Cubase yet to see if the issue returns, but I’ll report on that soon.
EDIT: Still works after restarting Cubase.

The issue is back and refuses to be solved with the fix I used earlier. Any ideas?
