Hey Folks,
Its great we can finally use Cubase without a dongle… but I’ve moved my cubase samples/plugins to an external hard drive using the Library Manager.
Now every time cubase starts for some reason it needs to scan and locate all of the Steinberg files even though I don’t plan on using that Steinberg plugin Verve / Halion / etc…
Which means now I can’t load cubase without carrying round my external drives. For other manufactures they only need to locate the plugin if I am using it, which makes sense
Is there any fix for this? its 70+ GB of content and I’d like that free space for when I’m not using Cubase.
