While inputting a local time signature in a couple of divisi staves, it seems to work fine in Write Mode/Galley View:
but it doesn’t show in Engrave Mode unless moved to a new system via break.
I’m not sure how to handle this (and it seems to be a slightly different problem than
this one, concerning the bottom staff in divisi).
Appreciate any help. Many thanks!
I can’t see any time signatures even in the galley view? Perhaps I’m being stupid here…
They are in Violins II and Violas only.
Interestingly, they show fine in Engrave Mode when condensing is disabled. I’m wondering there’s a setting that might be creating this, but not sure how to isolate it.
Sorry, somehow I managed to miss them. I see them now!

Hi @ebrooks
I don’t have a solution, but experimenting a little I found that putting for a short time a unison at the end of the bar before the local time signature and again a divisi at the beginning of the next bar, reestablished the visibility of the time signature in the condensed score (but makes the slurs invisible
).
Here the file if someone want to make further experiments and tests:
divisi and local time signatures and slurs.dorico (1018.1 KB)

Thank you so much, Christian, this worked right away. I think Lillie might have mentioned something similar in the other thread (bottom staff of divisi) but I didn’t think to try it.
Appreciate your help!
EDIT: I marked this post as “Solved”, but I should have read your note more carefully - indeed, the slurs are no preserved in Engrave Mode with condensing on.

Hi @ebrooks
I tried further, and it is possible to have the slurs appearing too with a Condensing change. It depends on the position of the condensing change. Here the modified file that works (you can put also both in Up-stem voice 1, and eventually flip the amalgamated slur, in engrave mode*).
If you would like to share your file I can try on it (also as private message):
divisi and local time signatures and slurs-WITH SLUR APPEARING.dorico (1016.4 KB)
Result:

here the same example with both in Up-stem voice 1:
divisi and local time signatures and slurs-WITH SLUR APPEARING and amalgameted-Up-Stem voice 0ne.dorico (1013.4 KB)
